ONLINE ORDERS –

Our website, www.giftboxgo.com is open 24 hours/7days of the week. SHIPPING IS FROM Edgewater, New Jersey. We ship our packages via different carriers to provide the best rates available to our customers. Freight costs will be calculated at the time of check out based on weight, dimension, distance. Due to the wide variety of our products total shipping costs are not known until the customer places the order at check out. Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to honor all prices published online, but please be understanding in the event of a pricing mistake

CANCELLATIONS –

Orders can be canceled by email at customerservice@giftboxgo.com. After the item has been shipped out, customers will be responsible for shipping the item back for a Full Refund.

BREAKAGE –

All Giftboxgo items are checked before being shipped out, we take great care when packing and shipping out our orders. If you should receive an order in broken or damaged condition, Please file a UPS, USPS claim, please take a couple of pictures. The original packing material must be held for two weeks for inspection by UPS or USPS.

We accept payment via PayPal, American Express, Visa, and Master Card. You must pay for the Products and any applicable delivery charges in advance of delivery of the Products.
